Referral Terms and Conditions

• The referral form must be filled out and submitted via the HealthForce website before the recruitment process starts and any individual is hired

• The referred candidate must not already have applied for roles with HealthForce (or ProCare), or be active in any related recruitment process within our group

• The person making the referral cannot be involved in the recruitment or decision-making process for the referred candidate

• Referral bonuses will be paid out only if the referred candidate:
  - Is successfully hired into an applicable and eligible locum or permanent role by HealthForce or ProCare
  - Successfully completes four months continuous employment (for permanent placements) or a total of 250-hours (locum placements) at a satisfactory standard

• Referral bonuses will be paid out in the form of $1,000 (GPs) or $600 (Nurses) before tax. Please note that the actual amount received may vary based on individual tax rates and deductions. 

• Bonuses will be paid within 30 days of the referred successful candidate having met the conditions above

• HealthForce NZ/ProCare reserves the right to amend or terminate this scheme at any time and the payment of any bonuses remains at the discretion of ProCare’s GM People and Culture
